How long does it take to set up?

It depends on the size and complexity of the structure. The minimum is 4 hours, although we recommend allowing between 24 and 48 hours before the event to allow for technical contingencies.

Does it include technical staff working during the event?

Yes, technical staff are always included for setup, calibration, and takedown. If you need a technician to operate the content during the event, this is part of our AV Solutions (full-service package).
