What audiovisual services do you offer for events in Barcelona?
At Edgar Vasquez we put quality first. Before sending a budget we make a technical diagnosis and personalized audiovisual advice to define the essentials and ensure an impeccable result.
Once the customized audiovisual consultancy is done, we get started with all the audiovisual solutions contracted for the event.
We can cover integral technical production: including technical visit, planning, team coordination and content creation.
Even the live operation during the event: sound, lighting, multi-camera production and streaming service for the transmission of the event to any part of the world.
Do you work only in Barcelona city or also in the surroundings?
Yes, from Edgar Vasquez we work in Barcelona City (AMB included) and all the province. We also cover Catalonia: Girona, Tarragona and Lleida.
For large-scale projects, we can also travel throughout Spain: We have experience doing audiovisual events in Mallorca, Bilbao, Madrid and Huesca.
Even at the international level, we have been to Porto and Lisbon (Portugal).
Can you handle corporate events of any size?
Yes: from 50-person conferences to conventions and corporate fairs. We scale equipment and means according to the capacity and complexity of the event.
Our staff is duly hired, trained and with proven experience, always coordinated by a production manager for a successful, punctual and impeccable audiovisual production.
Do you offer rental of audiovisual equipment without an operator?
Yes, depending on the type of installation and equipment. For simple configurations we offer the “no operator in the room” mode: we deliver, assemble, calibrate and test the system; and at the end, disassembly and removal are always performed by our team.
During the event you can operate it yourself, with brief start-up, checklist and remote support. For complex setups (e.g. multi-camera, rigging, line array), the option requires an on-site technician.
Can you coordinate with the Venue or with our agency?
Yes, we work in direct coordination with the venue and/or your agency: we conduct technical visits, validate power, access and rigging, manage loading/unloading schedules and accreditations, and align technical script, rehearsals and contents.
We assign a single point of contact and share technical rider, signal plan and timeline to make everything flow on the day of the event.
We comply with PRL, we provide RC insurance, and we adapt to brand guidelines and streaming requirements (bandwidth, VLAN, recording permissions). If you already work with an agency, we integrate into their flow and tools to deliver a punctual assembly without surprises.
How is the process of contracting an audiovisual service?
- Technical diagnosis and audiovisual consultancy
We gather date, venue, capacity and objectives. We define real needs and technical risks. - Proposal based on real requirements.
Closed budget with equipment, personnel, logistics, schedules, PRL and RC insurance. - Booking of the service
Approval and advance payment to block date, resources and technical equipment. - Technical visit and feasibility validation.
We check power, access, rigging, connectivity, signal plan and technical script with venue/agency. - Assembly and testing
Installation, calibration and pre-testing. Everything is ready before the doors open. - Live event
On-site operation (if applicable), script tracking and speaker/production support. - Dismantling and closing
Dismantling is always done by us. Removal, final check and, if applicable, delivery of master/highlights.Shall we start? Tell us the date and location and we will send you a proposal.
Can your technical staff speak several languages?
Yes, our team works in Spanish, Catalan and English on a regular basis. If you tell us the main language of the event, we will leave signage, presentations and technical communication fully aligned.
