How many inches do we recommend renting the TV for your event?
The best value for money size for rental is usually the 50-inch TV with dimensions of approx. 110 cm wide x 62 cm high.
Another very good option for TV rental is usually the 65-inch TV with dimensions of approx. 144 cm width x 81 cm height.
What kind of connections and functions do our TVs have?
All our TVs have HDMI rear connections, USB port inputs for pendrive and Ethernet LAN connection (RJ-45) to connect to the internet via network cable or wifi in case it needs to be used as a Smart TV.
All our TVs have the option of looping video playback available. As well as looping a folder of images in slideshow mode.
Is an HDMI video cable included with the TV rental?
- Yes, a 5m HDMI / HDMI video cable is included in each of our event TV rental services.
If the customer prefers, a longer HDMI cable of 10 m or 15 m distance can also be included (at no extra cost). - In case of needing a video connection with a distance of more than 15 m, an HDMI Extender with network cable of 30, 60 or 90 m distance can be added to the TV rental (additional price on request).
Is the TV stand included with the screen rental?
Yes, all our TVs include a TV stand that is approved and manufactured specifically for each size according to the size in inches of each screen.
To guarantee a successful and quality service, we offer different types of TV stands for events, so we have different types of TV stands available. From the most requested TV stands with wheels and laptop tray, to TV wall mounts and floor stands (in stage monitor mode).
Do we provide transport and installation in the TV rental?
Yes, all our televisions are rented with transport and installation by our technical staff.
This way we can always guarantee that the equipment is in good condition and will work properly.
